Description of the position
The Channel Sales Engineer works with the Genetec Sales team in a pre‑sales role to develop and position solutions encompassing Genetec’s products. The Genetec product portfolio includes Video, Access control and LPR. The CSE is responsible for all of the technical aspects of the sale during the entire sales cycle. The CSE will cover the Middle East and provide support in Africa.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an extensive working knowledge of Genetec's software and hardware solution
- Define product and functional requirements based on customer and partner requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Conduct in‑depth product demonstrations and presentations
- Support sales team in responding to RFP’s
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and seminars
