The primary role of the Channel Marketing Assistant is to be the owner and main stakeholder of the Marketing project management (Salesforce, Oracle Cloud and Business Portal) systems for both the European Channel Marketing Team and Tier 1 and Tier 2 Retail and e‑tail accounts in Europe. The role is predominantly internal-facing but customer contact will be required.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end process of raising MDF CONTRA and OPEX projects and claims for customers and the Channel Marketing Team.
- Liaise with customers to ensure the proof of execution and their invoice are correct and provided in a timely manner.
- Liaise with Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners to manage and support the individual marketing project and business claims procedures.
