Role Overview
The Channel Development Specialist is responsible for driving revenue, distribution, profitability, and execution targets by managing and developing distributor capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and optimize distribution by identifying growth opportunities and ensuring product availability
- Acquire new accounts and manage existing customers to drive sales growth
- Execute route‑to‑market and trade programs across channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts
- Monitor sales performance and implement actions to achieve targets
- Support distributor operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and processes
- Assist in resolving operational issues and maintaining smooth business relationships
- Ensure proper execution of promotions in collaboration with Trade Marketing
