Responsibilities
- Develop and manage channel partner relationships to drive business growth and account expansion
- Support lead generation activities through client engagement and outbound business development initiatives
- Handle reseller enquiries, quotation requests, and sales support activities efficiently
- Coordinate sales administration and order fulfilment processes, including international orders
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking and provide weekly reporting updates
- Partner closely with product management teams to support go-to-market activities and solution positioning
- Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth sales execution
