Channel Account Manager
As our new Channel Account Manager, you will be part of our highly skilled sales team, responsible for attracting new partners of the channel segment, as well as driving higher value engagement with existing partners, focusing on channel accounts, increasing adoption and retention, and leading with core optimization and services to drive high value solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive channel business development, pipeline generation, sales and marketing, and demand creation activities, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely CRM reporting.
- Produce regular sales dashboards and performance reports, including revenue, quota attainment, and incentive program metrics.
- Plan and build the channel pipeline, forecasts, opportunity progression, order booking, and collections on a regular basis, while delivering KPI performance, identifying gaps, and resolving sales process issues.
