Change Manager (Perth)

About the role

Australia’s energy system is transforming and AEMO is at the centre of it. Reporting to a Senior Change Manager with a dotted line to the relevant Project Manager - as a Change Manager, you’ll deliver end‑to‑end change across at least 1–2 key projects, supporting stakeholder engagement, go‑live readiness, and seamless transition into business operations. This is a hands-on 12-month fixed term contract in Perth with an opportunity to make a real impact on nationally significant programs. What you will be doing Deliver end‑to‑end change activities using AEMO’s Enterprise Change Framework, driving practical, high‑quality best practice outcomes that embed successfully into the business.
