Qualifications
- Experience and knowledgeable of change management principles and methodologies (example: Prosci certification).
- Have carried out Organisation Change Management activities in at least 3 large scale business/digital transformation engagements. These activities included Change Planning, Change Impact Assessment, Change Readiness Assessment, Stakeholder Analysis and Management, Communication etc.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
