About the Role

Responsible for leading end-to-end change management initiatives that support strategic business priorities. Acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by defining and executing change strategies that drive successful adoption of organizational initiatives. Partners across functions to ensure alignment, stakeholder engagement, and effective execution, accelerating business transformation and desired outcomes. Success is measured through adoption rates, stakeholder engagement, and the overall business impact delivered by change initiatives.

Change Strategy & Governance

Comply, follow and adopt governance and process of change management and its framework as well as follow the STO procedure and governance.

Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and integration with project, program, and portfolio delivery plans.
