We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the delivery of change strategies within a major, high-impact government transformation program.
This role will drive organisational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realisation across a complex environment, ensuring successful adoption of new services, systems, and ways of working. You will operate with a high level of autonomy while working closely with senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
