Change Management Supervisor

What you’ll do:

Lead and coordinate engineering changes (ECR), ensuring smooth implementation while minimizing business and customer impact
Manage cross-functional activities, collaborating with Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Sales to align priorities and execution
Drive end-to-end change management processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery of program objectives
What we’re looking for

Engineering or Business Administration degree.
Solid experience in change management, logistics, or quality within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, APQP, and structured change processes
