The Strategic Procurement Office is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support a complex multi-stream transformation initiative under the PST Program. This resource will provide business‑side change management support to help prepare stakeholders for upcoming changes, support pilot and broader rollout activities, and contribute to successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
Purpose of the Role
The Change Management Specialist will help design and deliver structured change interventions to support program implementation. This includes assessing stakeholder impacts, developing communication and engagement materials, creating training content and end‑user support tools, coordinating readiness activities, and tracking change‑related risks, issues, and adoption needs.
