KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own comprehensive communications production across all four releases — developing message strategies, creating publish-ready email campaigns, drafting town hall materials, and executing reinforcement communications tailored to procurement, AP, legal, supplier management, and business partner audiences.

• Design, develop, and coordinate training curriculum and content delivery for Zip, Coupa SIM and Ironclad CLM implementations, including foundational learning content, step-by-step user guides, quick reference materials, and enterprise training execution framework for integrated solution rollout.

• Execute detailed stakeholder impact assessments for contract management deployment, using current state vs. future state workflows for legal, procurement, and business functions to list and analyze change impacts, while identifying high-resistance stakeholder segments and change magnitude across process, tool, role, and data dim...
