ABOUT THE ROLE

Seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead organizational change management (OCM) delivery across the NextGen Procurement transformation program. This enterprise initiative modernizes Gap’s procurement operating model through sequential technology implementations — Zip intake orchestration, Coupa Supplier Information Management, and Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management — serving procurement, accounts payable, legal, as well as various business functions and supplier-facing teams across the organization.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact engagement requiring expert change management execution across four concurrent releases culminating in an enterprise rollout by December 2026. The program will transform how Gap manages supplier relationships, contract execution, and procurement processes for thousands of users globally, making skilled OCM leadership essential to adoption success.
