We’re looking for a Change & Communications Specialist to support a global HR / Document Management System transformation program for a Global Consultancy
You’ll drive communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption for a new DMS platform integrated with Workday, helping teams transition from legacy folder structures to modern document workflows.
Experience in change management & communications
Background in DMS / archiving / enterprise system implementations
Workday or HR transformation exposure is a strong plus
Strong stakeholder management and training experience
