Job Description: A temporary opportunity for a Business improvement has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space, Tablada (Seville). The selected candidate will join the Business improvement area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
An internal reference to drive and enable the achievement of business excellence by the application of the business improvement fundamentals, based on lean and right first time lean principles, and associated methods and approaches such as Lean / Operating systems, Problem Solving and Quality Standards. Develops and contributes to the evolution and maintenance of the improvement referential, and leads the transfer and coaching of improvement concepts, principles, tools & techniques, and the development of autonomy/competency in the business.
SKILLS
