As a Challenger 300/350 Captain, you will be responsible for safe, efficient, and client-focused operations in a modern, glass‑cockpit environment. You will lead from the front—planning with precision, executing with professionalism, and delivering an exceptional experience to every passenger, every time.

What You’ll Do

• Exercise full PIC authority to ensure the highest safety and compliance standards on every flight.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning: weather analysis, airport performance, fuel strategy, routing, alternates, and W&B calculations.
• Configure and manage FMS, automation, and advanced avionics in a glass‑cockpit environment.
• Apply expert knowledge of the CARs and SMS practices; champion a just culture and continuous improvement.
