Role Overview
The Local Chief Accountant is responsible for the management of accounting and financial reporting for legal entities under his/her responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of timely and accurate IFRS Group financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements, including SOX 404.
- Prepare, audit, and file statutory accounts and other required financial reports on time.
- Monitor correctness and compliance of accounting data for all finance processes.
- Maintain high satisfaction of users of financial reports and build good business relations with stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with GFS, internal service providers, global functions, and external service providers; act as single point of contact for legal entities and monitor service quality.
