CFO Evolution Justice Services Support Worker

The Growth Company's (GC) Justice Services team are looking for a CFO Evolution Justice Services Support Worker to join our Preston hub. CFO Evolution is a voluntary, seven-stage program aimed at reducing reoffending by providing tailored support and Activity Hubs for individuals in custody or on probation with complex needs. It focuses on rehabilitation through personalised one-to-one sessions, education, and employment support to help people move away from crime and engage with mainstream services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess individual learning needs and formulate tailored action plans.
• Design and deliver bespoke training sessions and targeted interventions for each participant.
• Guide participants in accessing and effectively utilising relevant information and resources.
