As a Cessna 208 Caravan Captain based in Toronto, you will operate time‑critical cargo missions with a safety‑first mindset. You will be entrusted to deliver essential freight reliably and efficiently while upholding Morningstar’s high standards and procedures across a dynamic network.

What you’ll do

• Command single‑pilot IFR/VFR cargo flights on the C208 in accordance with CARs and company SOPs.
• Execute thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and fuel management.
• Operate safely in diverse weather and operational environments using sound airmanship and instrument proficiency.
• Coordinate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and ground operations to ensure on‑time, secure cargo movement.
• Champion our safety culture through proactive decision‑making and participation in SMS and continuous improvement.
