Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive fitness assessments to design tailored training plans based on individual client needs and goals.
- Take full ownership of client's progress by tracking results and making data-driven adjustments.
- Ensure clients execute exercises safely and effectively , reducing the risk of injury through proper technique and coaching.
- Proactively communicate and check in with clients to keep them accountable and engaged in their fitness journey.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high training standards , contribute to the studio’s growth, and enhance the overall client experience.
- Ability to coach nutrition and have an understanding of total wellness is a must.
Qualifications
- Must be physically located in Vancouver, Canada .
