Certified Aircraft Mechanic Technician

This incumbent will be accountable for the inspection and maintenance of Air Transat’s aircrafts in Québec.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain the engines, airframes and aircraft systems to a standard of airworthiness;
• Ensure that maintenance and repairs meet Transport Canada standards;
• Ensure that maintenance and repairs meet the Company standards.

• Hold an AME License “M” from Transport Canada;
• Five (5) years’ experience in aircraft maintenance (Transport Canada Certification);
• Ability to acquire and maintain security clearance and possession of a RAIC/DA required;
• Certification A-320 and/or A-330, is an asset;
• Working at heights will be a mandatory requirement upon completing the appropriate training;
• Line working experience, an asset;
