Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to the Certification Center to help achieve Quality Goals and Performance Standards, and manage aspects of the process to ensure compliance.
- Ensure trade facilitation through timely, correct, and consistent issuance of Certificates of Conformity, following Conformity Assessment Instructions, TFS Business Rules and related references.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, rules and regulations.
- Monitor results and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Provide PCA‑related technical support as required by Management.
