Day One ELC is seeking Certificate III quallified/ studying educators to join our wonderful team.
The role
The successful candidate will be actively engaged in educating and caring for children under 5 years of age and effectively communicating with children, your team and families. We are seeking educators with a strong passion for the Early Childhood industry.
Selection Criteria
You must hold:
- Certificate 3 qualification in children services
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates
- Current Blue Card
- experience working in a long day care centre or similar
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Prior experience and confidence with a classroom setting and helping write educational programs
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers
