Responsibilities:
Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with the company’s mission and market opportunities. Identify emerging trends in the pharmaceutical/cosmeceutical sectors and adapt business plans accordingly. Lead M&A efforts, strategic partnerships, and global expansion initiatives. Oversee daily operations across R&D, production, supply chain, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Ensure efficient and compliant manufacturing practices (GMP, ISO standards, FDA/EMA regulations). Collaborate with the CFO to manage financial planning, budgeting, and investor relations.
