About the Role

CentricOps is the operational function that serves Product, Experience (Design), and Engineering as one unified team. It is not a representative body for any single discipline — it works across all three, removing friction, building culture, and creating the conditions for PXE to do its best work at scale.

We’re hiring a CentricOps Lead (PXE Operations) who will be the hands‑on operator tier: you run daily execution, keep the machine moving, and ensure nothing slips.

Your core mandate? Run the work. Keep the engine moving daily. This is a doer role—deeply hands‑on—not a strategist role.

What You Will Do

• Execute the day‑to‑day operational work that keeps PXE running smoothly (intake, triage, follow‑through, closed loops).
• Maintain the PXE tooling stack: licence/seat provisioning & deprovisioning, seat hygiene, renewals calendar tracking, and coordination with vendors as needed.
