Central Kitchen Operations Leader & Continuous Improvement

Bell Ward Malaysia is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee end-to-end operations within a central kitchen/food manufacturing environment. The role includes managing production, manpower planning, quality, safety, and continuous improvements while supporting facility expansions.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership skills and knowledge of GMP and HACCP.
