Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in controlling or finance, preferably in automotive or manufacturing environments.
- Basic knowledge of consolidation and reporting systems (Essbase, Hyperion, PBCS, or similar).
- Good understanding of IT systems and financial tools (ERP knowledge is a plus).
- Fluent or intermediate-advanced English (required for international environments).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- High attention to detail, rigor, and accountability.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to support decision‑making.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
