Executes change management activities of Future in Action and Digital Transformation programs to accelerate the adoption of the main cultural changes in the company worldwide. Also supports HR P&D deliverables such as the implementation of WE’x survey worldwide and the adoption of HR evolution platforms.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**Change Management (Future in Action, Digital Transformation)**
- Manage the execution of change management deliverables (communication, learning, enablement, reinforcement) to ensure the local implementation and adoption of the Future in Action and Digital Transformation programs.
**Other responsibilities may also include**:
- Workforce Experience initiatives support (WE’x survey, Digital Citizenship, etc.)
- HR Evolution change management efforts (new HR platforms & processes roll-out)
