• Implement a proactive, preventative maintenance process
• Manage a $20M - $30M CAD operational budget
• Drive Root Cause Analysis for emergencies and breakdowns
• Optimize spare parts inventory and service contracts
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies
Requirements:
• BSc. in Engineering or similar field
• 7-10 years in an industrial maintenance role
• Strong computer literacy and RCA knowledge
