Key Responsibilities
- Utilize blueprints for accurate foundation layout
- Operate machinery such as bulldozers and packers
- Perform concrete pouring and finishing tasks
- Create access roads and install necessary fencing
- Ensure personal and crew safety through inspections
Requirements
- High school education preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction
- Relevant safety certifications such as First Aid and WHMIS
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Effective team supervision and communication skills
