Cellar Door & Pizzeria Sales Assistant

THE OPPORTUNITY

Bimbadgen is seeking enthusiastic, motivated team members who will offer exceptional customer service and leave a lasting impression on our guests. 

Reporting to the Cellar Door Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the running of Bimbadgen Cellar Door and Bimbadgen Wood Fired Pizzeria with a focus on providing engaging customer service across these areas.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing an exceptional customer experience to all guests
• Conducting wine tastings and achieving sales targets
• Assisting in growth of club memberships
• Ensuring the tasting room is clean, well-organised, and inviting
• Working within the pizzeria (running food, clearing table etc)
