Cell Infrastructure Engineering Lead

GitLab is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Cell Infrastructure, to shape a scalable, reliable cell-based platform across clouds. You’ll lead a 0 to 1 effort defining how cells are provisioned, placed, and operated, reporting to the VP Engineering, Platform Scale Architecture.

You’ll build an engineering team, drive cost visibility, and own reliability practices while collaborating with cross‑functional partners such as Git infrastructure and CI/CD to advance GitLab's multi‑cloud strategy.
