Cebu-based VA Manager — Ops & HR Coach

2xyou in Cebu City is seeking a Virtual Assistant to support our team as a right-hand person. You will manage HR tasks like reviewing cash advances and leaves, while also being responsible for operational tasks such as setting up training for EAs and conducting monthly coaching calls.

The ideal candidate has operational skills, is eager to learn, and has at least 6 months of experience in Operations or HR. A structured and self-paced training plan will be provided.
