What You Will Do

As a Case Production Writing Associate, you will handle complex writing‑intensive immigration cases, including EB‑1A, EB‑1B, and NIW. This role requires exceptional writing and analytical skills to craft detailed and persuasive legal documents, including recommendation letters and briefs, that effectively articulate how the applicant meets the required legal criteria. The CPWA works closely with attorneys and team leads to ensure high‑quality, compliant, and timely deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and refine detailed, persuasive legal briefs, recommendation letters, and other supporting documents for EB‑1A, EB‑1B, and NIW cases.
