Key Requirements
- Strong experience with Precisely Doc1 and/or EngageOne
- Experience with Pitney Bowes CCM tools
- Knowledge of Thunderhead / Smart Communications
- Experience with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer communication templates and document solutions
- Configure layouts, variables, and personalized communications
- Support analysis, development, testing, defect fixing, and releases
- Troubleshoot document generation and data-mapping issues
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders
