What the role is
You will be interning with the Communications and Customer Engagement (CCE) Department. At the end of the internship, you will have developed a centralised customer insights dashboard that enables CCE to make data-driven decisions for capability building and service improvement.
The dashboard will:
- Integrate with existing Gather infrastructure and consolidate data from multiple sources with automated updates
- Provide actionable insights for shaping interventions and capability-building initiatives
- Enable stakeholders to generate insights reports efficiently through self-service functionality
- Be stable, well-documented, and maintainable for future enhancements
