Position Title: Collections Associate (Home)
Job Summary
- Performs collection activities and skip tracing functions for defaulting borrowers for secured loans (Home Loan and Car Loan accounts).
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs collection call‑outs for defaulting clients in the front‑end to mid‑range buckets
- Performs skip tracing activities (via telephone) to establish updated client contact information
- Handles the transmission of SMS, Viber and email follow‑ups
- Facilitates the debiting of partial payments from client's settlement account
- Documents collection activities in collection monitoring system
- Attends to collection‑related inquiries submitted from other Bank units
- Performs other ad‑hoc functions as may be required from time to time
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably graduate of a business course
