Responsibilities
- Deliver data science support to the business transformation, innovation and Retail Digital Channels strategies of Consumer Business Sector
- Use analytical techniques and predictive modeling to interpret key findings from company data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes
- Partner with the Business Heads in driving usage, identifying opportunities to improve revenue potential and customer experience in the digital channels through the use of analytics
- Work with Program Managers in ideation, strategy, execution, tracking and continuous enhancement of strategies to drive business growth
