Key Responsibilities:
• Manage ERP and CIS systems with a focus on cloud performance
• Perform system administration duties, especially for SQL Server
• Ensure uptime through proactive management
• Handle troubleshooting and ad-hoc support through ticketing
• Participate in on-call rotation to safeguard client services
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in managed services or technical support
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server; Azure experience is a plus
