Overview
We are recruiting a Catering Assistant to work with the Support Services staff within the Catering Department at Victoria Hospital and Whyteman’s Brae Hospital.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with staff and customers.
- Assist in picking and packing meals in the catering kitchen where meals are prepared for service.
- Help with trolley cleaning and assist the catering department to ensure ward service runs smoothly.
Post Details
- 10 hours per week – Saturday & Sunday, alternative weekends 5‑hour shifts.
- Combination of day shifts and back shifts to support service needs.
- Earliest start 8 am, latest start 12 pm with a three‑week rotation.
- Salary scale is pro‑rata for part‑time hours.
