Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute category growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify consumer, market, and competitive trends to uncover growth opportunities.
Drive portfolio optimization, pricing strategy, assortment planning, and SKU management.
Monitor category performance and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
Support annual planning, forecasting, and strategic projects.
Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Finance, Supply Chain, and E-commerce teams to deliver category growth.
