At Dot & Key, we're looking for a consumer-obsessed and analytical Category & Strategy Manager to drive portfolio growth, category performance, and strategic business initiatives across our skincare portfolio.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute category growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify consumer, market, and competitive trends to uncover growth opportunities.
- Drive portfolio optimization, pricing strategy, assortment planning, and SKU management.
- Monitor category performance and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Support annual planning, forecasting, and strategic projects.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Finance, Supply Chain, and E-commerce teams to deliver category growth.
