Your Role

• Category Strategy Support
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of rotating equipment category to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Support strategic sourcing events with market research, supplier analysis, and cost modeling
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, supply chain, and finance teams to align category market trends and execute plans effectively
• Project & Initiative Management
  • Lead or support cross‑functional projects related to category optimization and cost reduction
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage end‑to‑end project lifecycles, including timelines, deliverables, risk management, and stakeholder communications
  • Track and report on project outcomes and ensure alignment with broader category goals
  • Lead or support segmentation strategy in the category and supplier count
  • Support on KPI measurement tools and tracking
