  • Anchor category thinking in customer conversations and negotiations.
  • Ensure strong alignment between category strategy and execution at shelf.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members where applicable.
  • Own category KPIs: Sales, Market Share, Margin, ROS, Penetration.
  • Drive performance tracking, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
