Job Duties Job Duties 1 To provide instruction and to facilitate interactive practical experiences for students in the Early Childhood Education diploma program.
2 Be flexible and responsive to learner needs using appropriate instructional methodologies in support of a blended learning experience.
3 Provide appropriate evaluation, assessment, and feedback to students on the required learning platform (Bright Space).
4 Plan and deliver content and learning activities that reflect the values, beliefs, needs, and contributions of a culturally diverse community.
5 Manage the classroom to ensure an optimum learning environment.
6 Maintain and up-date curriculum materials.
7 Work co-operatively in an interdependent team environment.
