Cashier/Treasury Specialist

**Job Title**: Cashier / Treasury Specialist
**Location**: 11th Floor, Florencia 31, Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, ***** Ciudad de México, CDMX
**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Employee Loan Management** - Track and clear personal advances in a timely manner; update the ledger daily.
- **Deposit & Bond Tracking** - Register deposits, performance bonds, and retention guarantees; follow up on collections.
- **Payment Execution** - Process approved payment requests (from Finance Manager or General Manager for urgent cases).
Ensure payee matches invoice/receipt.
Submit entries in the system with notes (bank transfer details, bank name, payment date).
Send payment info to project/office groups.
Update bank transaction log with clear descriptions (e.g., month/date of purchase, item/service name, quantity, unit price).
Share bank transaction log and bank balance screenshot in the treasury group before end ...
