Job Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately
- Operate POS system and enter orders correctly
- Issue receipts and provide correct change
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and balance at the end of shift
- Assist customers with inquiries in a polite and professional manner
- Coordinate orders with kitchen and service staff
- Keep cashier area clean and organized
- Inform customers of promotions and upsell when appropriate
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or college level
- With experience
- Basic knowledge of POS system is a plus
- Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
