Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing cash transactions accurately.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Provide information on products, services, promotions, and customer enquiries.
- Attend to customer feedback and resolve basic issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Assist with bookings, reservations, registrations, or administrative tasks where required.
- Perform daily opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation.
- Support team members with general operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow company policies, service standards, and safety procedures.
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
