Responsibilities
- Processing sales transactions and handles payments
- Calculating the price of products and services for payment
- Encoding of all transaction in the portal
- Issuance of SOS and OR to patients
- Prepares the Cash Sales Receipt and deposit slip for daily cash transaction
- Reconciling cash, credit card, bank transfer, Paymaya, Gcash, MAYA online payment, and sales receipts (POS and Sale Invoice)
- Monitor and replenish the petty cash and revolving fund of the branch
- Monitor the inventory of consumables, supplies and products of the branch
- Monitor the used and unused POS, Sales Invoice, and Cash Sales Receipt of the branch
- Send all financial documents to the Head Office
