- Ensure the pricing is accurate.
- Collect payments, issue receipts, and make change.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions.
- Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area.
- Work with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Welcome and interact with customers to provide a friendly atmosphere.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
